Be aware: Proposed updates to California's HFC regulations

The HFC prohibitions above were adopted in California in 2018.  In 2019, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) proposed some additions and modifications to its HFC regulations. The summary table below was developed by The Chemours Company to help customers understand what changes are underway.  You can stay up-to-date by viewing upcoming meetings and workshops and/or subscribing to get HFC updates from CARB.
